Bonsoir a tout le monde

Is there anyone who could help me attribute a value to prototypes and pre-release carts for MegaDrive (PAL) and Super Nintendo?

Merci pour votre support.

Thanks a lot.
Daze Before Christmas was very likely the only prototype to ever leave Sunsoft offices in Europe, but probably there was another prototype in Japan). I thought it could be expensive, but didn't think this much...

I can't estimate your daze before christmas because I've never seen it and I don't know of its existence, the dump is not shared
it can value 10e or 10 000e or more !?

you have a good collection item, keep it Wink
or show the prototype at a professionnal estimate

edit : you must extract the dump for preserve this prototype program Wink

I will keep it, for now. It's a nice collector's item, but I know that one day I will sell it.
I have thought about having one or two of my prototypes professionally evaluated and graded, but I couldn't find a viable solution yet (for various reasons).

Question: how would I extract the dump? I'm serious. My expertize with technology is limited, I still use pen and paper more than my smartphone...

you have to unsolder the 4 chips from the pcb and read them with an eprom programmer (easy for someone used to it). There are several websites that recover these programs to keep them. chips are never eternal. this prototype could be copied and reproduced. but you have the original authentic prototype Wink

I fainted at "unsolder", and the thought of shipping the cart somewhere sends shivers down my spine...  Shocked

there is also another simpler, but less reliable method, especially for prototypes. I have never tested this equipment or you just have to insert the cartridge and copy the program
